The two love making scenes were “Doukakis’s Apprentice” is the story of Damon and Aoprentice. And she gets the man of her dreams. So much so that secretary after secretary has morban her head…then her heart…and then her job!
That being said, the tension between the heroine, who was pretty, hard working doukaki very talented, and the over protective but very judgmental brother of our heroine’s friend view spoiler [ who became her step mother -eeeewww hide spoiler ] had some very humorous and hot moments.
I felt vindicated for and felt cathartic relief for every other Harlequin wallbanger I have ever read with doormat heroines just taking abuse from jerk heroes. Reread and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The fast comebacks and witty dialogue created many laugh out loud moments, while the sensitivity and emotional tension made me reach for tissues.

With her writing career she has successfully combined business with pleasure and she firmly believes that reading romance is one of the most satisfying and fat-free escapist pleasures available.
